Challenge: A footwear assembly factory in Southern Europe needed a stable, high-density supply of semi-finished anatomical cork-latex footbeds (both unlined raw cork cores and cow suede-lined footbeds) across full size grading EU 35–46, requiring uniform Shore C 50±2 hardness and zero edge crumbling during upper lasting.

WIDEWAY Solution: Formulated a custom 85% natural oak cork granule + 15% natural latex vulcanized mix reinforced with dual-layer natural jute fabric. Each footbed cup was precision-molded with deep heel cradling, longitudinal/transverse arch support, and raised toe bars, paired with matching 10mm non-slip wave EVA outsole sheets.

Private Label Boston Suede Clogs & Arizona-Style Two-Strap Cork Sandals

Challenge: A North American retail footwear brand sought a single Jinjiang factory capable of producing both spring/summer two-strap cork sandals and autumn/winter wool-lined half-pack Boston suede clogs with custom laser-engraved antique brass buckles and foil-stamped suede footbeds.

WIDEWAY Solution: Opened custom buckle debossing dies in 7 days and sourced water-repellent 1.8mm split cowhide suede and Australian shearling wool linings within our Neikeng supply chain. Executed hydraulic perimeter cementing with waterborne PU adhesives achieving sole peel adhesion ≥ 3.8 N/mm.

Challenge: A multi-store retail chain required 60,000 pairs of ultra-soft one-piece EVA cloud slippers and family garden shoes (Men's EU 40–45, Women's EU 36–41, Kids' EU 24–35) delivered within 28 days for peak summer promotion, requiring odorlessvirgin EVA pellets and retail hanger polybag packaging.

WIDEWAY Solution: Mobilized 4 of our 8 Neikeng production pipelines simultaneously alongside our automated rotary EVA foaming injection stations. Controlled foaming shrinkage tolerances within ±1.5mm and loaded 7 × 40HQ containers directly via Xiamen Port.
